Options
All
our software is Windows 98 and NT compatible. The CD's produced
are 'standalone'; which means there is no expensive specialist
software needed to run them.
Scanfile
The use of up to 5 search fields (each field can be up to 50 characters
long). The viewing and retrieval software comes complete on each
CD. OCR option is available but is limited to single word search.
Images are stored as Group 4 compressed Tiff files. Extremely
effective and user friendly - files and individual documents can
be searched for and retrieved in seconds.
Costs
are dependent on a number of factors, ie volume of documents,
indexing requirements, and file preparation.

Any document can be converted to PDF (Portable document format),
no matter what application was used to create it. The PDF files
will retain their original fonts, colours, images and layout.
